Preferred approach to developing QV applications?

I'm curious to find out what software development methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum) people use to develop QV applications in-house and what is the right mix of roles and responsibiltes between business and IT? Jake

I think scrum is more appropriate approach with 1 week initial iteration and all the next on daily bases.
