Print button not working in AcessPoint

Hi,

There's a print button on my QVW which works fine on desktop, but once uploaded on web the button does not work at all.

The document has been developed on QV-11 but the server is QV-9 with java client.

Its urgent please help.

are you using AJAX client? In that case, the button will not trigger the macro. You can check that easy opening the document for testing with IE Plugin and see whether it runs something or it doesn't.
