Print icon not visible on caption

Hi,

We have recently upgraded QV10 SR3 to QV11.2 SR1. After that, the all objects caption is not showing the print icon(Still XL icon is visible). But it is selected on Properties->Caption -> Special icons. Is there any other setting i have to do?.
