Problem installing QV10 on Windows 2008 64 bit

I installed QV10 and it seemed to installed every fine with all services running.  I tried to enter the license in the Enterprise Management Console and nothing seems to move or display when I clicked on Apply License.  I tried to manually get the LEF file and pasted into the box, but still nothing happens when I clicked on Apply License.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Found my own answer.  The IE security setting was on.  I turned it off, and it worked.
