Problem when installing extension

Hi

Im trying to install a google map extension, im following instructions, double click in qar file

then the message of instalation appears:

go to check that files in the extension folder

But, when i try to view a qvw, cant access to objects, also, when look for installed extensions, there is no records

Any suggestions?
