Problem when print digital gauge

Created a report using Digital gauge for user count. Looks fine on screen.

When print on paper, the number 4 become 888 in the digital gauge. Looks like it shows the transparency of the digital gauge. Tried many ways, couldn't find a solution. Any idea?
