Problem with one user that gets 'Lost Connection to Server'

Hello,

We have a problem where only user who cannot access the a application. But she is able to access other applications in the server. Only for one particular .qvw she gets the error 'Lost Connection to Server'. I am able to access it properly using my username.

Can anyone let me know the reason for this?
