Provider Type Dose Not Match Registered Value

Dear ALL,

When i want to connect  trough ODBC or OLEDB  to Database(SQL Server, My SQL).

This error is coming.(Provider Type Dose Not Match Registered Value).

Any Idea to remove this error or help in this error.
