Provider type does not match registered value

HI all,

when i am opening any QVW i am getting error "Provider type does not match registered value".

not able to understand what is that error and why i am getting this error.

You/ your Employer need to buy a License.

but if this is the license issue than this error should give from Both users USER1 and USER2.

from USER1 i am getting this error but not from USER2
