Hi,
My director has been publishing documents to our qlikview server. He then makes changes to the application, saves. But when he refreshes the application, those changes are not showing up. We have contacted the tech folks who are setting us up with these qlikview servers/platform to publish to and the reason they gave us was because we are using Internet Explorer, its a caching problem and we must completely exit out of IE and re-launch IE to see the changes. They say google chrome works fine, but chrome is not an approved browser for my company. We are currently approved for IE8.
Could anyone shed some insight into this?

Make sure that you have done following setting in QlikView Application.
Setting -> Document Properties -> Server -> Set Refresh mode to "Server performs refresh Automatically"
Apply and save the document.
