Can anyone of Qliktech please explain why the pubupgrade.exe does not work for the Publisher Standard edition since QVS9 SR2?

Why can't I find any documentation for this restriction?

i assume you want to upgrade from 8.5;

basically there is no such thing as a publisher standard edition in qlikview 9. it is the server with some added frills to manage data refresh.
