Publisher and Server on different Boxes, IIS for SSO

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me, whether we can have publisher and QlikView Server on different boxes.

What are the configuration settings required for same.

Any idea how we can configure SSO if the QlikView Username and Password are coming from different Web portal URL.

Please assist.
