QMC Authorization property Change

Hello Team,

In the QMC,

Documents -> User Documents ->Authorization tab we have option to select Access and User type for the application.

I have selected User type as All Authenticated Users but whenever i add new user into QMC, automatically User Type gets changed. I don't understand why this is happening but is there any way to reverse it back to   All Authenticated Users

Thanks in Advance.

@pk,

So with Publisher, you would typically config the User Access for a task in Source Documents.  Suggest you set the All Authenticated Users config in Source Docs to test.

Hi @pk,

Do you have Publisher licensed and also have QMC > Documents > Source Documents?  If so, check to see what you have configured for QMC > Documents > Source Documents > QVW > task > Distribute tab > User Type.

If you have a scheduled task configured in Source Documents, then it will overwrite settings made in User Documents each time the QVW is reloaded and published.

Hi @Chip_Matejowsky ,

thanks for revert.

We do have Publisher licensed also have QMC > Documents > Source Documents.

but QMC > Documents > Source Documents > QVW > task > Distribute tab > User Type is blank,  i mean there is no records in that table(Distribute to Qlikview Server)

please suggest.
