QMC and QMC repository SQL database do not match up

Prod QV 11.2

Have an issue that what I see in the QMC does not match what is in the QMC's repository database (SQL).

I have a pretty large environment that includes 3 QVS servers Clustered. 2 Publishers Clustered. 1 File server as a centralized Datashare which is also where the QMC resides. 2 Web servers load balanced through a netscaler.
