QMC is not accessible

Hi All,

We have an enterprise edition Qlikview system and all of a sudden QMC stopped working from the local machine with below error

"Server is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

But am able to access the QMC from the Server with default url related to local host.

Please help.
