QMC licence problem

QMC-->system-->Licence--> Qlikview server-->assigned calls

one of my user getting last used(UTC)  12/31/9999

all other users have Last used normal times like 3/1/2017 , 1/1/2017

and this user getting error in access point

Access Denied! The server(QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator.

and we are using named user licence total 145 out of which only 85 are used

still he can't access in access point

NT Name from what Directory?

excel sheet with list of NT Names

whenever i want to give new access, i just add NT Name in Excel

we are maintain through Excel file(section access)

Then reload the qvw so that the New added user will get Access by Excel file.

Delete the lease for that user and let him access again using QlikView Desktop for example, or IE Plugin. Also, you can add manually to the list of allowed users for a license.
