The QEMC is the Qlikview Enterprise Management Console, and is found on the server where the QMS (Qlikview Management Service) is installed, probably on the Qlikview Server machine. You find it via Start > Qlikview > Qlikview Enterprise Management Console.

If you have a license for Publisher in your Qlikview Server installation, place your documents in the Source Documents folder. You can find the folder path in the QEMC > System > Distribution Services > QDS@[machine] > General > Source Folders > Path. Open that folder on the server and place your files there. Your can then define tasks that distribute source documents to User Documents. Which takes us to just that.

User Documents are the documents distributed to a QVS, and that the users access. You can find the User Documents folder under QEMC > System > Qlikview Servers > QVS@[machine] > Folders > Document Folders > Root Folder. Here are also Mounted Folders. All documents located here will be accessible to users (depending on authorization, of course) via the Accesspoint.

Both Source and User Documents views are available via QEMC > Documents. If you do not have a Publisher license, you will have only User Documents.

The Accesspoint is the location from where users usually open documents. It is located under http://[server]/qlikview.
