i was wondering if it was possible to run both a WAMP and a qlikview server on the same machine? im assuming i'd have to point them over different ports. im assuming QV uses port 80 so i would run WAMP over 8080.
The "official" recommendation from qlik is not to share a qlikview-server with any other tools because the qlikview server will take all the available resources. Of course you could restrict the qlikview server by disabling some cores and adjusting the working-set settings. Further to run two webservers parallel may cause difficulties. Therefore if possible use another machine for the WAMP.
