QMSAPI: Can users and groups be enumerated?

Is there a way in v10, v11 to enum users and groups as seen in the QVEMC Users | User Management tab?

In V11 it appears that passing "*" as a name to

  IQMS.LookupNames

will return a list of all names/groups. But I have yet to find a way to determine if a returned item is a name or a group. And if it is a group: what are the menbers of the group.

This interface is not part of V10.
