QV 10 SR3 Session Log Issue

We are using QV 10 systems monitor application to track document usage and we found that all the user sessions are not being logged under session logs. Has anyone faced this issue in the past and is there any workaround ?

You may try using the recent version of the system monitor (updated on 6/18/2012) which includes viewing IIS logs. It is available here.
