QV 12 Upgrade Effort

I administer a QlikView 11.2 server environment and I'm planning to upgrade to version 12.

Can anyone estimate how much time I should dedicate to code changes for each document? 

I'm planning on system testing everything, but I'm unsure how to estimate development time,based on the following statement in the QV 12 release notes...

1.1 Common QIX engine

QlikView 12 now has the same QIX Engine as Qlik Sense. Though very large changes are in place, we have minimized impact on existing QlikView applications.

There are 135 documents that need to be upgraded, so even if it's just an hour per, I'm looking at several person-weeks of time. 

Any assistance would be appreciated, especially from those with empirical information from a similar upgrade.
