QV Access Point does not store profile settings

Hi

When I change my profile settings from display = thumbnail to list and restart the browser,
QV access point will display the content as list.

However, this works for only ca. 5 minutes. Afterwards, the content is listed as thumbnails again.
The same happens if I change category to use Favorites, etc.

Is this a browser cookie issue, e.g. the cookie has a lifespan of 5 minutes only?

We are using:
. QV V 11.2
. IE 11.1884

I found the answer myself. Change the Settings in Internet Options, not to delete the browse history and Cookies when closing the browser... Of Course!
