QV Server 11 Default e-Mail

Wie kann ich auf dem QV Server 11 die Voreinstellung für die Benutzereinstellungen e-Mail für alle Anwender vorbelegen? Laut Info kann man eine .ini datei erstellen, die dann für alle Clients gültig ist.
