QV Server user' satisfaction measurement application ??!!

Hi all,

I urgently need a qlikview application for server performance v10, to measure the users' "waiting" time for opening documents, reports, so on ! The "waiting" time to open and calculationg reports .....

I mean : how many times the users are waiting when they open reports, changing dimensions, changing selections .......
