QVS CAL Manager reload is being failed

Dear All,

I was using the QVS CAL Manger utility to evaluate  our CAL Usage.

Since 2 weeks reload of the QVW is being failed with the attached error. We haven't done any changes at that point of time. I tried to replace the configuration with a fresh setup. still no luck.

Please let me know  your thoughts.

if you are using 11.2 SR13, was a bug in 11.2 SR13.  Now is ok.
