Qlik sense web socket white listing

Hi guys,

I have question.

I am getting "Connection Lost" error when I am trying "qlik.openApp()".

I read on several posts that i need to add the IP of my server in the webscoket white listing.

I tried but it is still not working.

The first think I need to understand is that why do we need to add IP of server to white listing and not client machine?

Once i understand that then probably i can figure out that what is going wrong.
