QlikOcx OCX error

I get an error while accessing Qlikview applications over IE (I have tried in both V6 and V7 of IE on differnt machines)

Internet Explorer encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close. The following add-on was running when this problem occured:

File: QlikOcx.ocx

Company Name: (Not Verified) Qlik Tech AB

Description Qlikview 7.52

Can anyone help trouble shoot this error?

A mismatch between the plugin version and the QVS version is frequently a source of problems. Are they the same version?

Yes Rob. They are the same version. both 7.52
