No, you cannot use QVSource for to push information back onto the web directly. It's primary purpose is to extract data from social media to use within QlikView.
However, it is possible to build a macro that would post information onto the web. However, the macro is not dependent on having QVSource. Don't forget that to do this would require a valid userid/password for the social media you are using. You would not be able to bypass security in order to tweet etc.
