QlikView Accesspoint Unable to access it

Hi Folks,

I am new to Qlikview and facing issue with accesspoint, ( pardon me on the basic questions or not explaining things in expected way)

For my problem i have already done research on the community page for hours and not able to find the solution.

So here i go

We recently Upgraded to New qlikview server where we installed all the softwares

For users to access accesspoint link we have given them user friendly URL ( https://dashboard.asdf.df)

Problem 1

now this link was working inside our AUSTRIA Domain and Not working outside Austria Domain, so what we did is we gave them an alternative link (https://servername.asdf.local/qlik) and with this link Users from outside Austria are able to access it.

and we are still trying to figure out why users from outside austria are not able to access the user firendly url ( https://dashboard.asdf.df)

Problem 2

while problem 1 was going on, from yesterday morning users in AUSTRIA are not able to access user friendly url ( https://dashboard.asdf.df) which they were able to access 2 days back.

and alternative link (https://servername.asdf.local/qlik) still works for all users inside and outside austria domain

when user enters https://dashboard.asdf.df it asks for user authentication, even if we give user id and password it is not working ( earlier it never used to ask)

we are using IIS webserver,

I have checked the ip address of https://dashboard.asdf.df)  and (https://servername.asdf.local/qlik) points to same.

tried various solutoin from the forum to set trust sites, auto authentication, and so on... no breakthrough yet.

If anyone has any idea please help us.
