you may get it from QlikTech's website with your partner credentials.

Go to Qlik.com and log in (at the top). Then select Support -> Downloads.  That will take you to download app where you can download all sorts of version of QlikView.  If you are not taken to the download app then your account is not associated with your company's purchase of QlikView.  To get this sorted out contact Qoncierge.
