QlikView Future Releases

Hello,

An existing client of mine is a current QlikView user, we have a upgrade project to an existing BI reporting system.

I'd like to understand if there are going to be future releases of QlikView, or if we should consider May 2023 as the last supported date of the product, and build into the new solution an uplift of the BI systems.

Understanding QlikView end of life will help provide options for Exec. to consider when approaching for funding.

Many thanks

JB

Hi @JamesBlackwell,

The most current major release version of QlikView is 12.60, released in May 2021.  Per QlikView Product Lifecycle this major release version will be supported until May 2023.  QlikView Release Management and End of Support  provides a bit more detail.  The current release cadence for QlikView is to have a new major release version annually in May.  So, expect a new version in May 2022 (most likely 12.70).  If you need a more concrete answer, then suggest you reach out to your Qlik account team.
