QlikView IE Plugin Installation Error

While trying to install IE Plugin on a X64 with a Windows 7 Proffesional OS, got an error. The following is the Error Log dump.

Error 2203.Database: C:\Windows\Installer\37c4ac1c.ipi. Cannot open

database file. System error -2147287035

What can be the problem ?
