QlikView Named CAL issue...

Hi Experts,

I am using QlikView Enterprise Edition Server with 5 Named User CAL. But I am able to use only 1 named user CAL at a time.

Whenever i try to add another user the 1st one stops working(i think it gets automatically deleted because Quarantined time appears for that user).

Please help me on this issue.
