QlikView Server License & Tech Specs.

Hi guys,

Need some input from you folks. I am in the midst of proposing a full BI platform for QV, needing some advise in regards to QlikView server.

1. I would like to know if QV provides us with the server?

2. Can QV handle 100gb of data in one report?

1. You can in stall the QV Server independently and use the services of the Server which works with the qlikview desktop.

2. Yes QV handles 100gb of data but you have good server like 64-bit and huge ram will be prefer for this.

QV provieds with server against a valid license.

It's not about 100gb data in one report, but about many other thinghs like: RAM, number of unique values in a field...
