QlikView for iOS, error in loading document list

Hi,

while trying to connect to accesspoint from QlikVIew for iOS app from my iPad i get the below error message after entering my login credentials:

Error downloading the document list

has any body faced this error earlier? could you share if any known resolution for this issue?
