QlikView iPad - Offline error message

Hi All,

While trying to generate an 'Ofline download' on the iPad after download has started, I get this error message : 'error downloading this document'.

The off line log contains the follwoing infomation.

As anyone a clue what this means and how it could be resolved?

Make sure that the Offline service is installed in the server and under QMC>Documents>user documents>select document>document information> add a attribute> Name: "Offline", Value: "TRUE". If you failed to set any of this, after doing the change, log out, kill the process in your Ipad ( double tap the home button), and try again.
