QlikView services intermittently stopped (In QMC) though QlikView windows services are up and running

@Hi,

In our QlikView services intermittently stop (in QMC) though QlikView services in windows server are up and running. We have two type of scenario

1. When all Qlikview services are installed on same Server

  When I'm specifying local host in system tab in URL, services are working fine, but when I’m specifying actual windows server name. Services are intermittently stopping

1. When Qlikview  web  service is installed on one server , rest other services are installed on different server

Similar issue we are facing there also.

Can somebody advise what could be the reason and what the resolution is for the issue?
