When upgrading from QlikView April 2020 (12.50) SR3 to May 2021 12.60 SR1 or May 2021 12.60 SR2

Can you give me more details on how to upgrade?

The guide @Chip_Matejowsky shared is a must. Then, proper testing on a test environment to detect possible issues is also mandatory to avoid any unpleasant surprise.

I would also strongly suggest you to review the release notes as there are important changes as the PDF printer driver, a change on the export to excel and much more.
