QlikeView 11 Distributed Installation Guide

Hi,

Is there a document outlining the steps to follow when installing QlikView 11 in a distributed environment? The following setup is required:

Server 1: IIS7 & QV Server 11

Server 2: QV Publisher

Appreciate all info.
