Qlikview 8.5 Server - Service

Hi,

I get this warning / error in the Event viewer in one of our Qlikview server. Our applications are not available untill the Qlikview server is restarted. What can be done to avoid this? We are using Qlikview 8.5

The document <Document name> failed to load because of no access [15].

This message appears when you try to open document that have security enabled and you do not provide a proper username and password. Check your section access.
