Qlikview Access Point Printing from Browser

Hello,

I am aware that the print sheet on Ajax client is not supported. You must use IE plug-in for that functionality. However, even when I try the print from browser (file - print), it does not print correctly. It completely reformats the layout and turns one dashboard into 11 pages. How can you print from "file - print" that keeps the layout??? This image is what I get when I try..... is the ONLY way to successfully print is having every single user install the plug in?
