Qlikview Accesspoint doesn't prompt on 'Incorrect Credentails'

Hi All,

I wanted to know if there any configuration change in server or its files can prompt some hint on entering invalid credentials at Access point ?

Have you done any recent qlikview upgrade? which version are you using now?

I didn't do any upgrades or changes.
