Qlikview Failed Task

Hi all,

I have scheduled a task and while executing its getting failed with the error message " \qvw\Admin\accesspoint failed : An untrusted certificate authority was detected while processing the smartcard certificate used for authentication."

Anyone knows how to resolve this?

This error is not coming from QlikView, but from the smartcard solution. If you google the error there are a lots of information. 

But I am not sure why you would get it while reloading.

I have disabled the task looking for the solution since i am new to the Qlikview not getting much idea about resolving the task.

Hello @KenAdams ,

This is a quite odd error to be logged in a task log, could you add the task logs (removing any possible sensitive data). 
Was it failing only 1 task with such error?

Was the task connecting to a 3rd party ssytem?
