Qlikview Hbase connectivity

What are the necessary jar files that are to added to tiq-solutions jdbc connector for Hbase 0.98?

And also how will be the connection string (jdbc) for hbase?

(We have Apache-Phoenix on Hbase server. We are supposed to retrieve information from hbase through Phoenix.)
