Qlikview Management Serverice not starting

Hi,

My Qlikview Management Serverice is not starting via the computer services, all log on details are correct.

Has anybody any ideas

Try to change the Management console port from 4780 to another number, hope help, Regards

Do you know how to change the port number?

I tried editing

    <add key="QMSFrontendWebServicePort" value="4747"/>

on

D:\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config

but it gave an error:

Failed to start QMS web server on port 4747. Exception : System.Net.HttpListenerException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

When reset to 4780 it worked fine.
