Qlikview OCX

Hi Guys

I am trying to use Qlikview.ocx in my VS 2010 Windows applicaton.

I have successfully register my ocx using regsvr32.exe  , but when i am adding the QlikOCX Control to my Windows form.

I am getting an error ......

Could not load a file or assembly "Interop.QlikView".....
