Qlikview QMC HTTP Error 500

Hi ,

When accessing the Qlikview QMC in Edge browser , we are facing issue stated "Server.DomainName - Currently unable to handle this request: HTTP Error 500 ". 

But when we try to open the same URL in Chrome or Firefox browsers, The URL is working as expected. Also, If we open the URL in Edge browser private window , it is working. 

Please let us know the way to resolve the issue.

Thanks for posting.

Is not usual to see such error for the QMC url and not the WebServer or the IIS, although the QMC itself could be consider as a very light webserver.

I wonder if any file could have been mess up on the QMC and maybe such service could be reinstalled (previous a backup of the server) and also you could check the Dev Tools of the browser and see if there is any error/message that could give us a hint on what is happening.
