Qlikview Server EE CAL's distribution.

Hi,

I have qlikview server EE with publisher licence and 12 CAL's, please let me know how is the CAL distribution is to be done .

i.e can we distribute 12 CAL into 3 Named CAL's , 7 Session CAL's and 2 Document CAL's ?

What is the scheme for lease licence for qlikview client i.e desktop ?
