Can any one please tell me the steps of upgrading the qlikview server from 9 version to 11.

for upgradation take qliktech folder Back

Create access point  for system Restore

and install qlikview 11.

New Features qv11:

annnotation : Developer and user can write comment on charts Object

Can any one tell me the why we choose Qlikview11  server as comapred to Qlikview9. basically i want to know the features which are not available in qlikview 9 a server and avaliable in qlikview11 server.please answer me in relation to server not with developer.
