Qlikview access

Good day,

I have a user who is able to open all models except 1 and displays the following error

iis_authenticate = <number >=http%3a//<server>/scripts/QVSTunnel.dll%3Fhost%<server>could not be opened

failed to open document for unknown reasons.

how do I resolve this?

Have you confirmed that your IIS Server is correctly setup for that user's access? Maybe the IIS logs can help reveal the origin for the error message.

Just to clarify, by model you mean QlikView docuemtns that are visible in the access point?

Do you mean Qvw application  for models. ? 

Which Cal is assigned to the USER. Document or Named cal. ?

Check out the cal for that model. reassign the cals if required.,

What type of authentication are you using?

If it is DMS you need to allow the user to access this specifc document.
